The FSRTC and partners have published two new research briefs related to paid leave for caregivers of people with disabilities. These are based on data collected from the Family and Individual Needs for Disability Supports (FINDS) online survey conducted by the Research and Training Center on Community Living (RTC/CL) at the University of Minnesota and The Arc of the United States (The Arc). The aim is to understand the experiences of families who provide supports to a family member with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). The briefs examine the experiences and outcomes of caregivers of children and adults with IDD and the need for paid leave policies. Click below to download the research briefs.
